At ruvido, every bar is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we strive to provide you with the highest quality chocolate. Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns except under specific circumstances outlined below:
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific details of the situation.
Refunds may only be issued if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or if it was damaged during transit.
Any refund requests must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence, if applicable.
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned or refunded.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, we cannot accept returns for dissatisfaction related to flavor preferences.
