New products deserve specific instructions for use. Here are some ideas developed by our founders to experiment with it and enjoy good chocolate all year long. But please, don’t stop imagining new ways to use it and explore new possibilities for your own recipes.
How to serve it
Drinking chocolate is a different way to taste chocolate compared to the classic bar. It comes as a powder that easily dissolves in water. Conceptually, it works like instant coffee: by mixing 30 g of powder with 30 ml of boiling water (96°C), you get a proper chocolate shot.
You can drink it this way to preserve its full aromatic profile, or use it as a base for many other drinking recipes.
The Cool Down
Iced-choco latte
Prepare a choco-shot by combining 30 g of product with 30 ml of boiling water (96°C) and stir vigorously. Fill a 300 ml glass with ice, pour in cow’s milk or plant-based milk until it reaches about 4/5 of the glass, then add the choco-shot.
